Annie Zakine-Cochet

Born in Aix-les-Bains in Savoy to a musical family, she studied alongside classical music studies and obtained the same year Bachelor of Philosophy and a first prize in cello at the Conservatoire of Chambéry. She continued her musical studies at the Conservatoire National de Région (CNR) Boulogne-Billancourt in the class of Jean Brizard where she won first prize in cello and chamber music. Annie completed his training at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris and obtained a teaching license. Became assistant to Jean Brizard CNR of Boulogne-Billancourt, it is one of several sets of chamber music and has performed in numerous festivals in France and abroad. She became a member of the Colonne orchestra, also specializes in the viola da gamba Jordi Savall class in Zurich. In 1992, Annie was appointed professor at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris while Marc Bleuse, director of the National Conservatory of Toulouse entrusted the creation of a new class of cello. She also teaches in the Master Classes (Aix-en-Provence, Amiens ...) and regularly in the sessions of the Academy Jean Lenert. Many of his students are now winners of national and international competitions occupying desks soloists orchestras in France and abroad.
Annie is an honorary professor at CNSMD Paris.
